this hotel is really close to haneda airport and offers a free shuttle. the room was perfect with free amenities including skin products. the bed was big and comfortable and there was a tv and pajamas provided i really appreciated the extra touches.

the check-in staff were inflexible i arrived two hours early and was told i had to pay for two additional hours to get my room. otherwise i had to wait until the official check-in time this was quite inconvenient after a long journey.

the hotel breakfast had a lot of variety and seemed to have food from around the world. i tried many interesting foods and found the breakfast to be one of the best i experienced in japan. it was very delicious.

a haven near the airport

The rooftop view delighted me. I saw the river and planes taking off. if you are lucky, you might spot mt fuji! a stroll to a mini fushimi inari shrine was very special. It took only twenty minutes.

the evening staff lacked the warmth and helpfulness i expect. the electronic check-in felt impersonal. i wish there was a more cute area to relax outside the room.

i found the location very convenient. the access from airport was very easy. i did appreciate that.

our room got too hot, unromantic. the air con was not working well, or maybe not at all. i feel that the hotel should ensure that this is working.

the hotel location is excellent for haneda airport access. a short walk connects to the monorail. the facilities are modern and clean.

i found a lack of luggage trolleys at the drop-off point. there was no assistance with my luggage upon arrival.

The hotel is one station from the airport. The check in process was easy. The facilities was new. The train station is very close to the hotel.

I found there were no trolleys for suitcases at the drop off point. No one assisted me with the luggage. I arrived late with a child. This was inconvenient

adequate, but some issues

inflexible staff poor training

the room was clean and had a lovely bathroom.

The check-in staff seemed inflexible and poorly trained. I booked two rooms and wanted to extend for a second night. they insisted i check out at 10:00 am, store my luggage, and then check back into different rooms at 3:00 pm. this was despite asking to stay in the same room for both nights.
